FUND DRIVE IN PROGRESS

The Explorers are a group of the Smithtown Fire Department where young adults, ages 14 through 18, can get together and learn about firefighting skills, first aid, CPR, and assist with department events. Interested in joining? Come down to the Smithtown Fire Department on January 9, 2025, for an open house.

This year, the Smithtown Fire Department's Christmas parade will go through Smithtown on December 20th! The parade will kick off at 4pm at Smithtown's headquarters on Elm Avenue. Cookies with Santa at 2pm. Food donations will be accepted at town hall, meat farms, and Smithtown high school west. Click below for full flyer and parade route. Hope to see everyone there!

Fire prevention day is October 19! Come down to the Smithtown Fire department with the kids for fire & rescue demos, a smoke house, tour the fire engine, meet the Chief, and more! Festivities will begin at 12pm at the fire house at 100 Elm Avenue in Smithtown. Hope to see you there!
